Fill-up
the order form.

There
are ONLY two ways to submit the form and that is either on-line (that
is by clicking the submit button after filling the form) or by fax. |

After
sending out the form, you will receive a reply from us with your purchase
number through e-mail or fax. |
| 4. |
At
the moment, there is only one type of payment and that is by sending out
a T.T. to our current bank account. |

It is encourage that a copy of the payment
slip is fax directly to BorneoStore (please write the purchase number
on it). |

When purchasing
for goods, you must quote the purchase number. This purchase number is
given via email after you have sent out the purchase order to BorneoStore. |

Delivery |

All
goods will be sent via DHL Courier Service and delivery is expected to
be within 7-21 business days in major cities around the world. |

If
within this period you do not receive the order, you can email to us for
enquiry. |

Refund |

Any
damage goods can either be refunded or exchanged provided that you seal
and pack those damage goods and sent it within 21 business days
upon receiving them.You are liable to all postage and shipping expenses
of those damaged goods. |

We
would pay for the postage and shipping expenses if the error is due to
our part such as sending the wrong books. |
