 Operating from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah since 1997 under contract with the Sabah State Government, DHI (Malaysia) is in the process of formally registering as a branch office of the parent company Danish Hydraulic Institute with the Malaysian Registrar of Companies. Formal operation of the branch office is anticipated for March 1999, in the interim contracts continue to be handled through head office, with the Kota Kinabalu office serving as a base for project operation and marketing.
