1997 - 1999: Project Manager for the Shoreline Management Plan for the West Coast of Sabah, which provides the Sabah State government with a holistic plan for the control and management of development activities along the states shoreline. Project includes assessment of marine and terrestrial habitats, socio-cultural issues and modelling of physical impacts resulting from major reclamation projects.

1991 - 1999: Project Manager for Kertih Port coastal engineering activities, including coastal protection optimization, protection of petrochemical pipeline landfalls, sedimentation analysis and coastal monitoring and management.

1996 - 1997: Project Manager for Bali Turtle Island environmental studies, including comprehensive modelling of tidal flushing, water quality, coastal protection design, and artificial beach development leading to the pioneering application of feedback monitoring techniques for the environmental monitoring and management of marine dredging works in a tropical environment.
