Agricultural Areas 
About 36 ha of land is retained as agricultural area. This area covers 1%
of the total site area. One of the sites is located in the central valley,
north of the town center, while the other is located adjacent to Kampung
Gayang. Existing paddy fields, market gardens and orchards in these areas
will be retained as tourist attraction.
