In line with K.K.I.P. Sdn. Bhd.’s objectives of providing an integrated development concept that is conducive for both local and international investors to set up their business operation at the park, K.K.I.P. Sdn. Bhd. is now embarking on a new product. A self-contained residential project for the target market (executives and general workers in KKIP) will be developed on a 10.856 acre site just opposite the EOIZ Ph. 1 and Ph. 2.
