The Scheme

The KKIP Vendor Development Scheme is aimed at developing local SMIs through strategic linkages and alliances with anchor companies who have established the marketing network in their respective fields.

The objective of this scheme is to lower the barrier of entry for local SMIs, especially those with limited start-up capital. As such, a low rental of RM3,000 per month was introduced and tenants would have the first option to purchase the said factory at the present selling price which anges from RM551,655 to RM689,653 depending on land area.

• Such as packaging and hardware manufacturers.

The KKIP Vendor Development Scheme is strategically located:

• 25km north of the State Capital of Kota Kinabalu &am; Kota Kinabalu Port
• 32km north of the Kota Kinabalu International airport
• 5km from a deep water port at Sapangar Bay
• 6km south of Tuaran District
